CNB delivered the speech, "Are Women Free People" during her tenure as a National Committeewoman for the Republican Party of the United States. The speech is a call to action directed at American Women, encouraging them to vote and participate in government. CNB also encourages American women to seek traditionally male career paths in order to bolster the freedoms already enjoyed by American women. CNB refrains from directing the speech at Republican voters, and does not mention party politics at all. In this regard, CNB asserts that it is more important for women to vote, than for women to vote Republican.
