Dear Ms. Keyes:
We have your letter of December 18th in reply to ours regarding the plates of THE OLD GREY [sic] HOMESTEAD and in view of all that you say we shall accept the sum mentioned for the plates; namely $175.
Upon receipt of your check for this request we shall forward the plates to you, at whatever address you may give us.
